What I find most rewarding about my veterinary career is… helping animals. I have loved animals for as long as I can remember, so when I was given the opportunity to become a veterinary technician, I jumped in. Now, nearly 15 years later, I have joined the ophthalmology service here at CARES and am experiencing a whole new level of patient care.
My most memorable veterinary moment is… the first time I was involved with a c-section to deliver an entire litter of puppies!
Most people may not know THIS about me… but I used to play the drums in high school and was on a synchronized swimming team called “The Pennsbury Falconettes.”
People often refer to me as… energetic and intense!
My husband says I am great at being organized and giving orders 🙂
When not at CARES, you can find me… spending time with my son and husband. I also enjoy working out and running in my free time.
My human and furry family consists of… My high school sweetheart (husband), my son, 2 cats (Troy Boy and Tom Cat), and my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Moose.
