The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients on behalf of the Center for Animal Referral & Emergency Services (CARES) by taking personal and complete responsibility for each client contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. As the CSR you function as the primary internal representative of our organization.
We are a regional referral practice for 24 hour emergency and critical care as well as ten different specialties. We believe in providing state-of-the-art services to our clients. We work hard with a challenging and varied caseload, believe in having fun and learning all at the same time.
Applicants desired with a strong knowledge base, motivation to learn, and ambitious to work in a fast paced hospital. Knowledge of Apple operating software, professional phone etiquette and previous client service experience is preferred.
